Lost Words is an online support network, and a safe space, for people who want to find their feet again after loss.
My name is Kat, and after a decade of working in early pregnancy and women's healthcare in the NHS, completion of an AC accredited coaching programme, and some personal experience, I founded Lost Words Coaching & Mentoring: a coaching space dedicated to supporting individuals and couples after loss. Whether this is navigating life after pregnancy and baby loss, the breakdown of relationships, or re-discovering your identity and confidence after significant life events, I'm here.
Together we will discover your own words amidst the noise of the outside world, write your story in your own words, and create tangible steps to moving towards a positive, and clear future. I'll help you find your voice in a world that looks different after loss.
